  • A stroke
  • Heart disease
  • Knee replacements
  • Fractures
  • Hip replacements
  • A serious injury or accident

We utilize the best practices and the latest research to provide the highest level of services for our residents.

These services include:

  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Speech therapy

Physical therapy focuses on improving the body’s ability to move. This can include balance training, learning to walk after a joint replacement or increasing the range of motion. This can also include hip physical therapy for those who have had a hip replacement.

Often, physical therapy may involve learning how to walk with a cane or with a walker. It also concentrates on strengthening certain muscle groups.

Occupational therapy concentrates on improving the ability to perform day-to-day tasks such as putting on shoes, going to the bathroom and getting dressed.

Speech therapy applies to treating communication issues and speech disorders. The goal is to improve communication. Of course, communication applies to much more than the ability to talk. Speech therapists work with residents who may have memory loss, difficulty swallowing and similar issues.

Not only do speech therapists teach residents how to communicate effectively, but they also concentrate on cognitive functions to ensure that residents are getting the full spectrum of treatment they deserve.

Together, working with our other highly skilled staff members, we have a team approach to resident care, making sure every aspect of treatment is utilized to its full potential.

We invite you to contact us today to experience the difference and see what makes our community special.
